Note: We currently do not sell or ship physical products online.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book an appointment or provide consent for treatment. For minors, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Ayurvedic treatments are complementary in nature. While Ayurveda can support healing and overall wellness, results vary depending on the individual, stage of illness, and compliance with lifestyle and diet recommendations. We do not guarantee a cure in all cases.

5. Appointment & Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment you agree to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Key points include:

• Cancellations 7+ days before: full refund.
• Cancellations 3–7 days before: 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours: 20% refund.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations: no refund.

6. Payments

Payments must be completed before or at the time of consultation/treatment. We use secure third-party payment providers for online transactions. We are not liable for issues arising from third-party payment systems.

7. Patient Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete health information during consultations.
• Follow the prescribed treatment plan, lifestyle, and diet recommendations for best results.
• Inform us of any allergies, ongoing medications, or medical conditions.
• Seek emergency medical help when needed—our services are not a replacement for critical care.
